How can I export to another WordPress blog?

  Hi,
  I started another WordPress blog and I’d like to export my posts to that address, however, I can see tools for importing from other sites but not from WordPress itself. I tried using the tool that creates and exports an XML document, but when I try to upload it, it says the file isn’t correct. Help? Thanks!
