How can i find an account set up by a previous member of staff

  I am new to the marketing role at the company I work for and i have found quite a number of blog post on our site that are hosted on WordPress. However, i don;t know what that account is. can somebody help me? I have tried to call WordPress but i haven’t had a call back.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Wordpress.com doens’t have phone support, it’s obvious you called someone else. What is the URL of your site running on the wordpress.com platform?

  Hello, The blog post held on the platform are shown here:- https://www.polycote.com/blog/category/how-to-guides/

  I can’t give you the URL of the site running on WordPress because I can’t access the account. That is what I want to find out. how can I find an account?

  it seems http://www.polycote.com isn’t build on the wordpress.com platform. It’s hosted by Ukfast.net Limited a,d is using the open source wordpress.org. their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
