How can I get a human to help me with my problem?

For the last few days I keep getting the “leave this page – stay on this page option box when clicking on the publish icon and I am experiencing the same problem with my other site on wordpress.org with jetpac All of this started shortly after publishing a derogatory letter about Obama. My problem is way past the forums questions and involves possible outside interference on two sites. I need a tech to communicate with.

I am losing readers and very upset due to lack of knowledge on how to proceed without making someone mad at wordpress. I have no idea how to repair my sites and am totally dependent on staff help. I would also like to keep the remainder of communication between us private. The only thing I have done on http://anationbeguiled.com was do an automatic upgrade to 8.9 version, but when the same problem occurred on http://anationbeguiled.wordpress.com I became worried that both sites were attacked and that makes me totally dependent on staff help. I would prefer email as opposed to the forum please. PLEASE RESPOND TO (email visible only to moderators and staff) THANK YOU!

It sounds to me like the page wasn’t totally finished loading after hitting “publish”. Given that it happened on both sites, I would be inclined to think that it had more to do with some internet service provider slowness than anything else.
I assure you that it has nothing to do with the NSA or the government in any way. We have people publishing articles and commentary from every corner of the political spectrum on WordPress.com. We take no sides and simply encourage everyone to express themselves however they like.

Regarding your self-hosted site. Due to the fact that WordPress.com support staff do not have access to your servers or files, there is not much we can do to assist with self-hosted site problems. But a great resource for any problems with your self-hosted site would be the forums on WordPress.org:
Lots of knowledgeable people there who may be able to assist you.

Word is not pasting into the editor with the correct font size. It reverts to the default font size. This does not happen with Open Office. I need to be able to increase my font size for my posts.

Pasting from Word will result in the default font as you have discovered. We have a support document that talks about styling your posts here:
