  I paid for a theme which I can’t install I can’t use this platform. It’s way too much for me. I need to talk to someone I can’t text all my issues

  I do not see any upgrades under your @ WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? From what I can see the site onorelaterra.com is hosted with Bluehost (a separate provider of WordPress sites) and we are not connected with them so if you need help with your Bluehost site, you will be able to find assistance here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
