How can I get help with restoring my Business and Premium package?

  Hello, I was working with a rep earlier. I wanted to use the ‘Do It For Me’ design service. In order to use the service, the rep said I would need to cancel my Business and Premium packages and they could be added back. Now that I canceled the packages, I do not have access to 24/7 live chat. I opted not to move forward with the design services because of too many unknowns. I want the business and premium pacakges to be restored, as promised, but I no longer have access to the live chat to do so. Can someone help me? Thank you.
