How can I get my page unlocked? It should be, as I'm paid in full

    I have paid Bluehost to rehost my blog for another month, so I can transfer it to another host. I’m still using WordPress, just trying to export all my personal data from my blog, themindofmorrison.com to a GoDaddy hosted site for a business I recently acquired, the James Island Messenger (jimpaper.com). My web designer cannot get back door access to the site to export my archives to my new company site, where they will fit in. I need this expedited if possible. Thanks.

    You can export the contents of your WordPress.com site by following this guide: Export
