How can I get my site back?

  site has crashed
  HELP!!! I tried to load a new theme and everything crashed

  We can only support blogs hosted here at WordPress.com. It sounds like you’re running the self-hosted version of WordPress.

  Try manually resetting your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
