How can I get on contact with a website hosted on wordpress.com

    Hi there, I need to conact a website about some duplicate content on their site, the site is hosted on wordpress.com but I can’t find a way to get an email to WordPress and this website is not replying to the email on their contact page.

    Can someone help me?

    wordpress.com never reveils contactinformation of website owners. If the site owners don’t reply to emails, there isn’t much you can do.

    This is not what I have heard. someone can send a DMCA to the hosting company of the website?

    Surely they would not allow someone to keep copyright content on their site illegally?

    Sometimes a website owner will not reply to an email or they will not receive them

    The only problem is that I do not want to go through DMCA, this is because this is related to my Amazon account and I don’t want anything that could put my account in jeopardy as I have had problems with them in the past with other websites using my content on their sites.

    I feel that if this happens again this could be dangerous for my account and this is my full livelihood.

    I just want the hosting company (in this case wordpress.com) to send the website owner a message that can sort this out smoothly and without friction.

    Can someone help me with this and where can I send an email about this?

    So if I file for a DMCA will amazon be contacted or will the website owner I contact knowvwhat my book is on on amazon and then can contact them?

    I just don’t want to have my account in any bad standing as it could make me lose my account?

    I just don’t want to have my account in any bad standing as it could make me lose my account?

    I have had this happen to my amazon account 2 times and if it happens 3 times they shut down my account.

    I just want to be safe in knowing this individual who has taken my content will not see the book and contact amazon complaining or something like this

    Because we value your privacy, if you file a DMCA takedown request with us and we rule in your favor after investigating, we will:

    – removed the infringing content from the site (and no other content, only the contents included in the original complaint)
    – notify the site owner that the content was removed, and why we feel it violates the DMCA
    – notifiy you (via email) to let you know what action we have taken.

    We do not share any details about you or any related accounts you may have. They would not know about your Amazon account since we would not share that (or any) personal info with them.
