how can i get pictures to import from onenote or icloud?

Hi there!
We don’t directly import images from Onenote or iCloud, so I’m assuming the images were uploaded via a link? If not, can you please let me know how you uploaded it before? I’d be happy to take a further look!
As for uploaded images, I highly recommend uploading images directly into your Media > Library page. There you can attach it so any post/page where you can format it to your liking.

I have pictures taken from a Nokia cell phone camera and an Ipad-mini. I put them on Onedrive and I-Cloud so we can access them from all our devices. I downloaded an app. for onedrive on the I-Pad-mini which combined all our pictures on the onedrive cloud.
How can I access the pictures on the devices from WordPress?

You wouldn’t be able to import images directly from Onedrive or the iCloud. What I recommend is using the WordPress app directly from your iPad and then adding media to your Media > Library. Please view this guide for more details:

As for importing images from Onedrive. This would only be possible via a plugin on the self-hosted WordPress.org install. Currently you are hosted with WordPress.com. I downloaded wordpress on me IPad-mini and it worked just like you said it would. From now on I will use the IPad camera to take pictures so I can easely add them to my posts.
