How can I get rid of advertising links on my blog?

  I’ve recently updated my blog at http://www.elizabethashworth.com and there are links to adverts appearing in my text. Have you any idea how this has happened? And what can I do to get rid of them? I have changed my password in case I’ve been hacked but I recently downloaded an image from my publisher and I suspect that may be to blame, but I don’t know what to do.
