How can I get rid of this current hack?

  I have visited my site and some time ago when i was using a different template noticed a smiley face on the top right hand side. I figured that some one had hacked my site. It wasn’t until today that i noticed that when I was looking up older posts that there is a random coles advertisment appearing on two posts. I have since checked and it must appear at random. I am most upset as a franchise such as coles is completely against what I am about. This is obviously a violation.
