How can I get the WordPress.org plugin menu?

First I had a WordPress.com website (url= jakesstorage.wordpress.com)
Then I upgraded with the $99 package, including a domain name (jacobageller.com).
I renamed the namesservers at the old registrar (enom) to the ones WordPress gave me, and now my site can be found at jacobageller.com. Success!
Except there’s one problem: I didn’t know the free WordPress.com software doesn’t have a plugin menu. I really want that plugin menu.
So I want to know: is there a way to switch to the WordPress.org software and get that plugin menu, or do I have to refund this package and start over?

You can cancel your Value Bundle and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
