How can I have people read my blog without logging in or signing up to WordPress

  If you do not have your blog set to “private” then your readers should not have to log into WordPress.com or have a WordPress.com account.

  If you do have a private blog, they will need to have an account and be logged in. That is the only way that the system knows if they are an authorized user.
