How can I host a giveaway on WordPress.com?

  I would like to host a giveaway on my page http://www.fromwinetowhine.com . Since I am hosted on WordPress.com it seems that the giveaway widgets do not work. Can you please help me find an alternative option? Does WordPress have a widget that can be used?

  I do not want to have to manually tally the results.

  Well, on what basis are you making the decision? I suggest making it on the merit of a comment, and it never takes long to pick the best comment.
