How can I import subscribers from my wordpress.com site to my self hosted site?

  I need to transfer subscribers from wordpress.com site to self hosted website.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Staff can do that for you, but you will have to install the Jetpack plugin. Have you installed that and connected it to the WordPress.com account that has your old blog here attached to it?

  I’ll tag this for staff attention and hopefully they will be around soon to take care of that for you.
