    Hi Aleta,

    WordPress.com has a lot of built-in features that were inspired by popular plugins, but it isn’t possible to install additional plugins on WordPress.com. I took a look at Sketchfab Viewer and there isn’t a way to get that feature at WordPress.com right now, but I’ll suggest that our team add it as a feature in the future!

    Additional plugins like Sketchfab Viewer can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress sites (using the software from WordPress.org), so if you need that feature you may want to consider moving to a self-hosted WordPress site. You can learn more about WordPress.com and WordPress.org if you’re curious about the differences.
