How can I keep my subscribers?

Can I import my subscribers from my free word press blog to my new self hosted one? I will be unveiling my new one officially this week and while I’m not ready right this second to import my subscribers I will want to do that when I open the new blog.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.com staff can take care of transferring your subscribers to your self-hosted WordPress.org blog for you. You can prepare by installing the Jetpack plugin and connecting it to your WordPress.com account. When you’re ready to move your subscribers, just let us know and we can take care of the transfer for you.
Your email followers will continue to receive email updates, and your WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If your WordPress.com followers would like to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe via email on your new blog.
