How can I log into the domain page to change the DNS?

  Hello, I’m trying to log into this page https://nightmareoncapitolhill.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains and having a lot of issues. I want to look into my domains, because we want to change the DNS, but it’s not letting me log in.

  Your account paiwdc isn’t linked to any WordPress.com site, including the one you mentioned. You’ll need to log in to the account used to set up that site and purchase that domain in order to manage it.
