How can I make a blog annonymous

  I’m starting a new blog that I’m writing under a pen name. However, sometimes when I’m editing it has my real name and picture on the blog. How can I guarantee that my name will not appear on the new blog? Thanks

  Hi,

  You may change the username. See the Change Your Username support page. If you don’t do so, then the author name will appear on the author archives page, and both the name and the Gravatar will appear on comments you post on the site, and elsewhere.

  If you wish to retain the present username, then you may create a new account, which will necessarily have a different username, and then transfer that site to the new account. See the Transferring a Site to Another WordPress.com Account support page.
