How can i make my blog a website, what did i pay $99 for, where is the blog?

  I in error signed up for blog, I want a website. I thought I paid $99 yesterday 10/4 to add a website, I keep making updates to this blog but I can not access, it says unavailable try later have been trying for two days. My domain came from go daddy, my first site was with squarespace, which I deleted. I checked with go daddy my domain is now pointing back to them no longer with squarespace. I need help, my business is opening in less then a week.
