How can I make my "Home" page listed as an official page?

My home page is not showing up as a page when I go to “Pages”. I want to make my Blog page my “Posts page” and my home page the “Static page”, but I cannot select the home page as a static page because the home page is not listed as an official page.

    You have two choices.
    (1) All posts on the front page.
    (2) A static front page and posts on a different page.

By default the front page of your blog displays all published posts (not pages) in reverse chronological order, with the most recently published post on top. That is for the convenience of your returning visitors.

However, if you do not want all the posts to show on the front page, then you can create a static front page called for example “Welcome” for your site and a “Blog” page for posts.

To do that create two pages first http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/

After you do that you go to > Settings > Reading and make the designation change and click “save changes”.

Create a page titled “Home.” But I think you are confusing the “Home” button with a link to an editable page.

Your “Home” button doesn’t go to the “Home” page; it goes to the front page, which will display differently depending upon whether you have it set to display posts or a static page.
