How can I make sure current blavatar shows consistently?

    On Jan. 16, I changed the blavatar for my blog talkingaboutalking.wordpress.com. It shows as updated under account settings and in some applications but the previous blavatar still shows up in the address bar, tabs, links, etc. Is there a way to expedite the update process so that the current blavatar shows consistently?

    Howdy,

    As long as you uploaded your new blog picture (or blavatar) at Settings -> General in your blog’s dashboard, that’s the image that will be used.

    Keep in mind that many browsers will keep cached versions of icons for a little while. It may take a few weeks until your browser retrieves the new version of your blavatar.
