  How can I make the header I got smaller? I have no idea what the “Allowed markup:” message means.

  Are you referring to a self-hosted site? If so, see the support page WordPress.com and WordPress.org. And resubmit your request to the WordPress.org support forums.

  I’ve never heard of an “Allowed markup” message in relation to a WordPress.com website.
