How can I migrate from my WordPress blog to RedeHost's hosting service?

    How can I migrate from wordpress blog to RedeHost hosting? Is that possible? If so, when I migrate, my blog would be the same? Could I change things like themes and other things freely? Could I install any theme?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    You are welcome to move your blog from WordPress.com to another website host. If you do that, you can install the free, open source WordPress software at your new host.     With a self-hosted blog, you can do things like install themes and change other elements on your blog. You can read about the differences between having a blog at WordPress.com and a self-hosted WordPress blog here: WordPress.com and WordPress.org
