How can I migrate my community of followers to a new blog in wordpress.org?

  I´ve been working for two years in my old blog desedmiguardavinas.wordpress.com and I need now to migrate to a new blog (www. fotolarioja.com).
  Should it be possible to migrate my community that was following me in the old one?. If it is not possible, is it possible to send a message to everyone of them explaining that I hope seeing them in fotolarioja.com?
