how can I move my domain from wordpress?

  I started the free trial and created actuarial factor.com in wordpress.com, but I need to move it to godaddy.com. It expires tomorrow. can I purchase with you and then transfer? or go directly to godaddy.com to purchase domain?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks like you have this straightened out. I’m seeing that trial canceled and the domain registration paid for.

  Hi! I am still unable to see actuarialfactor.com. I am using godaddy.com as hosting. The IP is 208.109.181.138 and name servers NS51.domaincontrol.com and NS52.domaincontrol.com for godaddy. It is showing under IP 50.63.202.93 as wordpress parked as free.
  Need your help as I don’t know what to do.

  Are you using both IP and nameservers? you either need to use GoDaddy nameservers, or you need to use WordPress.com nameservers and GoDaddy IP addresses.

  I have updated the information in wordpress.com with IP 208.109.181.138 and name servers ns51.domaincontrol.com and ns52.domaincontrol.com and it is not working. I do not need wordpress website as I am using godaddy for hosting. I only need wordpress domain to point to the correct IP & servers. I am very frustrated as I have been trying to make this work since last week. Is there anyone that can help with this issue?

  You cannot use BOTH godaddy nameservers AND a godaddy IP address. You either have to use godaddy nameservers and NO IP addresses, or WordPress.com nameservers and the godaddy IP addresses.

  If you change the nameservers to godaddy nameservers and use a godaddy IP address at the same time, the domain will not point to where you want it to go.

  As you appear to be using the www version of your domain with godaddy, you will need to add a CNAME to enable that.

  Finally, it can take 24-48 hours for domain/DNS changes to propagate throughout the internet. It typically happens faster than that, but it really depends on your ISPs update frequency. So you shouldn’t expect to see things operating correctly the instant you make IP, nameservers or other DNS changes.

  Just to let you know that actuarialfactor.com and email are now working OK. It took 1 week to publish. I found it very frustrating to not being able to talk to someone over the phone to have it corrected right away. I suggest that you consider having a phone number for customers that are not as patient.
