How can I move subscribers from wp.com to wp.org?

  I have moved my blog and domain – thischarmingmum.com – from wordpress.com to a self hosted wordpress.org site. Is there a way to move either my wp followers or my email subscribers to the wordpress.org instance? I was using the standard widgets at .com and have the Jetpack installed at org. Thanks!!
