How can I not be a no-reply blogger?

  When I comment on someone else’s blog, they are not able to reply back to me directly.

  Do you mean that they are unable to email a reply to you, or they are unable to reply to your comments on the blog itself?

  They are unable to reply to my comment directly from their blog where I left the comment. Most of the blogs that I comment on are Blogger. It may be that Blogger does not have a mechanism for this when a WordPress blogger leaves a comment.

  That is entirely possible. We really have no control over Blogger’s system.
