How can I open a new site?

Accidentally, some time ago, I closed all of my websites from wordpress.com, and from then, the page with my sites only shows loading my sites and there is no option to start a new site. What do I do to open a new from there? Everywhere in docs, it isn’t written anywhere about this issue.

In general it looks like that page isn’t loading. Have you tried logging out and clearing your browser’s cache and cookies (which also logs you out of every other site you are logged in to) and then logging back in to WPcom?
If that page does load correctly, then at the top of the left sidebar you’ll see “Switch Site” clicking that should load links to your sites and at the bottom a link to start a new site.
I’ve also flagged this thread for staff attention as they can see if something else going on here.

Hi there, it seems like that doesn’t work here. I’ve tried in different browsers, cleared browser cache, cookies, autofill form data, etc., gone incognito, checked console logs for some error (no errors). Nothing seems to work here.
At last, I was coming for a thought to delete my account and re-open it again. But, it seems like it will take 30 days to make a new one in the same email. And, as I am using Gravatar and other services relating to WordPress.com, I don’t intend to do so anymore.
What can I do now?
