how can I pay for my existing domain

  I have a request: how do I get contacted to pay for my account? I want to pay for the next two years to keep my domain – but I cannot find something where I can pay without creating a new site, etc. I want my old one I already have and want to do my payment…. Best regards

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of any upgrades.

  So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to access the upgrades that you wish to renew.

  Hi, thank you for your response. It is annoying but I have to take now a new account… this is all quite complicated…

  If you cannot remember the login information for a WordPress.com account, your best bet is to try the account recovery process here:
