How can I publish a post without sending it to my followers by e-mail?

  Dear Sir o Madame:

  I would like to know how I can publish a new post without sending it to my followers by e-mail. There are some posts that I would prefer not to send by e-mail, only have them at the Blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  If your blog is public, all of your blog posts will be sent to your blog’s followers. One way to prevent a blog post from being emailed out to your followers is to set your blog to private, publish the post, and then make your blog public again. That way it will appear on the blog but won’t be emailed out to your followers.
