how can I put different pictures without repeating?

    on the main page I put 6 pictures and when I enter my post the 6 pictures are there with the main page description and also the other pictures.I am trying to use the Blogdesk and the windows live writer….but it´s difficult to post a parent post with a child post without repeating the pictures and the description!
    could someone give me a little help here?
    This is my first time blogging and it´s easy…but sometimes it´s hard without no explanation from microsoft…I´ve read all their tutorial…and I don´t wanna use an external hiperlink to go to my child post page.
    I appreciate your help.
    PS: the only reason I am using windows live writer is because it´s easier to handle with a lot of pictures.as I am working on a blog like my friend OMNI -> http://randomc.animeblogger.net/
    what can I do to make my picture distribution posts look just like his?
