How can I put my blog feed onto my companies website?

I know it is possible, I just can’t remember how to get my blog onto my companies website.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We do not provide support for installing the capacity on your website to draw the RSS feed from your blog here at WordPress.COM.
Every wordpress blog has an RSS feed for comments and for posts (entries). This is the URL for the feed for your blog’s posts (entries):
http://directconstructionsolutionsllc.wordpress.com/feed/
This is the URL for the feed for your blog’s comments:
http://directconstructionsolutionsllc.wordpress.com/comments/feedIf you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.org bloggers.
On your webiste you will have to write something in PHP or javascript to do that. Here are a couple options:
