The website url is mamabearellie.com I can’t seem to access it from my wordpress account though. When I go to my account it says that I have no sites. I thought that was the case, but then I was charged for renewal in a site I thought I no longer had.

I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You can also reach out to billing support there directly.
