How can I recover my log and stop the autorenewal, no user name or password

  Hi I have another wordpress site for which I can no longer remember the password or user name (my computer crashed and I lost my saved info) though of course I know the domain name.

  I am being billed for its renewal by the auto renewal process through paypal but I receive no invoices and because I can’t log in I can’t turn the autorenewal off meaning I am being constantly billed. Is there any way I can recover my user name and password as every time I log on it asks for my user name which I don’t have or my email address. I have tried every email address I have but it doesn’t recognise any of them.

  How do I stop being billed!!!

  I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, foundphotomysteries.com is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with. In addition, foundphotomysteries.com is not registered through WordPress.com. According to whois data, it is registered through domainbox.com:

  Hi yes I know that. As I said at the beginning of my post I have another website http://www.frankiefarrell.com which is the one I’m talking about however I had to use another of my websites log on details to put a post on here as you require a log in to post and I don’t know my username or password for http://www.frankiefarrell.com
