How can I remove the rainbow streamer on my admin page?

while wordpress might think they are doing the popular thing, I believe it is an imposition of your beliefs on me, a subscriber to wordpress, to put a rainbow on the administrator page. I would like to request that this be removed. WordPress and related internet services must be neutral to preserve the freedom with which we have known the internet to be for
