How can I renew my domain name

  How can I renew my domain name? Having done that I would like to unlock it and request an EPP authorization code to be able to transfer it to SiteGround.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have paid to renew the domain name Probuschristchurch.com.
  Siteground told me this:-
  To transfer a domain name to the services and hosting account here you just need to make sure the domain name is unlocked first from the domain registrar and also request the EPP authorization code needed for the transfer after that you can start it right away from your user area———Add services section and domain transfer option.

  Sorry about that, I think we had a slight miss-read earlier on your domain’s status.

  Your domain is still current with us, it won’t expire until July 5, so I have refunded the $18 you sent over today.

  I have also fixed the reason that the domain was not available in your account.
