How can I solve this domain problem?

    We are finalizing the new website of BibliASPA and bought a domain by wordpress. The domain is active but we are unable to change the website address to bibliaspa.org. WordPress says that domain already exists and when we try to edit the domain it says it has to update the DNS. At this point the only way to access the site is typing sitebibliaspa.wordpress.com. How can we activate bibliaspa.org domain?

    Hi there,

    It looks like the domain name bibliaspa.org was registered through Dreamhost on March 08, 2012. If you registered the domain then, you can map it to your WordPress.com blog following the steps here: Map an Existing Domain

    You’ll need to change your name servers to the following:

    • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

    If you’re not sure how, you’ll need to contact Dreamhost for assistance.

    If you did not purchase the domain bibliaspa.org then, I’m afraid that it’s unavailable for use because someone else already owns it. You’ll need to pick another domain name to use with your blog. If you didn’t register the domain, let me know, and I’ll go ahead and add the domain credit back to your account so that you can register another domain name for free.
