How can I start using a third party theme that I have bought?

  I bought a theme from a third party company today only to learn that you have removed the possibility to upload custom themes.

  When browsing through the theme section in my wordpress account I see that you are selling that exact theme, so that means that it’s obviously a theme you support.

  How can I start using the theme without having to buy it again? I already own it.

  The theme is called Port and is developed by Themetrust.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  While WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress.org are similar, they are not the same and the themes for each are not compatible.

  There is no way to use your purchased theme here on WordPress.com. If you are not interested in setting up a self-hosted WordPress site, I would encourage you to talk to the theme designer and explain the situation. They may be willing to offer a refund so that you could purchase the theme here on WordPress.com.
