How Can I Successfully Upload Pictures in Safari 6.0?

  I am having problems uploading pictures using Safari 6.0. The upload always hangs up after “Crunching” appears.

  Is that a BETA browser version?

  Nope. 6.0 is the version that came out with Mountain Lion. I upgraded all of my Macs to Mountain Lion; two of them are unable to upload jogs. The other is able to upload pdfs, but I haven’t tried jpgs on that one.

  I’m not having any issues myself with Safari 6.

  Are you running any browser extensions? If so, would you please try temporarily disabling all of them to see if that makes a difference?

  Turning off the two extensions made no difference. I came up with a workaround by reducing the file size to below 2mb. That worked. I hope I don’t have a video to upload soon!
