How can i tell that i already respond their questions in my blog

When people ask me question, and i respond how they know that, what i have to do for them to recieve some email telling them i already responded to their questions, thanks!.

Your readers can subscribe to your comments feed and by doing this you are relieved of having to email them to yell them that you have replied to their comments.
