How can I track which users have visited by blog and which pages they visited?

I have a private blog, therefore every visitor is a known wordpress user. How can I find out who is visiting and what pages they are viewing?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can view all of your blog’s stats here: https://wordpress.com/my-stats/
WordPress.com doesn’t track individual stats about WordPress.com users, so there isn’t a way to see exactly which user is visiting and what pages a specific user views. You can learn more about what stats we track here: Stats
