How can I transfer my blog domain from one account to the other?

  I have created a blog domain “dicasdamagrela” at an older account. Now I want to use this domain in another account where I have my work done. I know the easiest would be to just use the older account, but this is a longer story.
  Now I have changed the domain in the older account (so I could use it at the new one) but it stills says this domain is in use. What can I do?
  I want to change the domain from pririciardi.wordpress.com –> dicasdamagrela.wordpress.com

  https://dicasdamagrela.wordpress.com is no longer available. The authors have deleted this site.

  Deleing any .wordpress.com blog URL is not easily done. One has to ignore threee warnings stating that deletion is permanent and irreversible.. That;’s because Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

  You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
