How can I transfer my domain away??

icann lookup shows my domain, tetonroof.com is registered on wordpress.com, but when I go to my account I can’t find or manage it. I had it pointing to another host before but somehow those settings got messed up. I desperately need to get my domain away from wordpress.com were I can manage it.

It appears the options to transfer or manage nameservers and all that is missing from my account. Rude! How can I manage it?

We thought we had diminished this account to a domain only account months ago. We were shocked to see another year payment coming out. You can see we don’t use this account AT ALL. Can we renew, get our domain back, and then cancel for a refund?

The chargeback dispute will need to be canceled first, there is absolutely nothing we can do while that is still active.
