How can I transfer my email AND wordpress followers from my old .com site?

I have searched all the forums both on wordpres.com and .org. The only solution to my issue I found was to submit a request. I moved my blog Adropofjewel from .com to a self hosted .org site. It is still called Adropofjewel.com. I lost all of my followers when I did that. I would like to know if there’s anyway to transfer all of my blog followers (BOTH EMAIL AND WORDPRESS) to the .org site. Please help.

Hi there, that’s no problem at all! I transferred your subscribers to your new site at adropofjewel.com for you. Both email and WordPress.com followers were transferred.
Please keep in mind that while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site.
