How can I unblock images?

All images are blocked, by my mistake (when I was fooling around with adding new header images). I can’t figure out how to unblock them. All new, uploaded images are also blocked. Thank you.

I just checked your site at http://thereddogparty.com/ and all of the images are working for me there. Can you describe what you mean by the images being blocked?
If you can make a screenshot of the blocked images you see, that may also help me understand the problem. You can upload screenshots to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, or you can use an online service like Snaggy.

hi Rachel – thank you for your reply. I figured out what I had done to block the images – I was adding new header images, and was trying to delete some of them. I wish i could remember what I did – it was a menu button which has a pull down of the sources for the images. I highlighted all of the coded entries that were ‘blocked’ and unblocked them. All the images came back to the library and on the web page.
I also discovered the way to delete the header images – go to the library and permanently delete those images, and they are also deleted on the ‘appearance’ , ‘header’ images.
I hope you can understand what I’m talking about. I’ll go back and dink around to try to recreate what I did. Thanks again, I owe you!

I’m glad you found a way to unblock those images! (It sounds like you may have blocked those images in your browser itself, which would cause trouble in your browser but not for anyone else viewing your site.)
You can also delete header images in your site’s Customizer, if you need. In the Header Image section you can hover over the image you want to delete and click the “x” button to remove it there.
