How can I upload a custom theme?

  I am trying to purchase the ability to upload a custom theme. Is that possible? I thought that the “Custom Design” option would allow me to do that, but it seems that is not true.

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs.
