How can I upload a scanned document into my blog?

I scanned in a letter that I would like to post on my blog. I tried to copy and paste it onto my blog, but it would not paste. I exported it from Adobe to Word and tried again, but it still will not paste into my blog. Is there a way I can display the actual letter rather than just typing the text? Could you send the answer to [REMOVED]? Thank you.
