How can I upload and editable pdf?

  I am trying to upload a pdf that is editable. I get an error message IO

  Uploading file on your WordPress.com site only allows you to insert a download link to a file. If you wish to embed the actual document into a post or page, you can use external services such as Scribd or Slideshare.
