  Hello, how can I upload themes? I get an error and I already resolved the issues?

  You can’t upload themes on the Free Plan, but you can choose from 110 free themes in the wordpress.com theme repository. If you want to upload third party themes, you must upgrade to the Business or eCommerce Plan.
